Pete Rose :
Not being able to be inducted into the Hall of Fame because of a change in rules of election.
National Baseball Hall of Fame :
The addition of Rule 5 under the rules of election, stateing that all players will now be evaluated on not only performance but character and integrity too.
Commissioner Selig :
Not allowing Pete Rose back into baseball and not relizing that there is a problem with the addition to Rule 5.
